Before transitioning into real estate, Emily honed her expertise for education as a private technology consultant, specializing in CRM configuration, implementation, and training for law firms across the United States. This followed her completion of an MBA from Stetson University. Emily also holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Miami’s prestigious Frost School of Music, with a minor in Business and Marketing. Her background in technology and business strategy laid the foundation for her successful real estate career.
Emily's entrepreneurial spirit led her to co-create the Orlando-based real estate team, The Nickley Group, where she served as both co-owner and head of operations. Balancing this leadership role with the demands of motherhood to two young boys, Emily quickly developed a reputation for her organizational acumen and her ability to lead with integrity. She credits these early years in the industry as her most valuable learning experiences, which have since become the foundation of her professional values and non-negotiables for her team: authenticity, mentorship, and a service-first client approach above all.

When she's not working, Emily enjoys spending time with her bustling family of four growing boys and their Rottweiler puppy, Rylee.
